At Round Rock Health and Wellness Chiropractic, I managed end-to-end content creation and marketing, transforming our social media into a resourceful and engaging space for families. Starting with 430 followers, I grew our community to 885 followers, increasing reel reach to over 3,000 and doubling post engagement. I developed monthly content calendars and successful promotions, like June’s “Splash into Wellness” for kids, which included discounted pediatric care bundles and wellness bingo cards that received great feedback from families. Another standout campaign, March Madness, drove 10 new reviews and brought in 15 new patients, many of whom continue care with us. Collaborating with the team and reporting monthly KPIs, I contributed meaningfully to the clinic’s growth and community engagement.
